Employers: Looking for a new employee for a particular profile and requirements.
Business Objective:
Connecting the unemployed to the employers who are looking for fresh talent. The concept of swiping right if interested and swiping left if not interested is very unique of Tinder. In this case,
Employees: Swiping right to apply for jobs.
Employers: Swiping right to accept applications and sending tasks.
The company is paying fees for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly subscription packs. The employee who wants to apply to many companies can buy the subscription pack.
To add extra information about the company, it must pay a certain amount.
Employer sending applied employees profiles to another employer as a reference.
Applying candidates need to face an aptitude test so that the first task from the company is already being done.
Employees sending other company’s profile to other employees..
Application Flow(Information Architecture):
The User signing in as an Employee or an Employer.

Employer:
The User filling in his company details (visible/invisible to employees).
The User is filling in his job title, requirements, and description of the post.
The User can post the requirement of any profile. (once per week)
The User can see the applications received.
The User can send the applicants a TASK PDF containing all profile tasks.
The User can choose the status for the job (available/not available).
The User can see the employee profile(employment status and interests).
On liking the employee profile and details, he can SWIPE RIGHT to send the task.
Employee:
The User filling in his personal information(age, location, experience).
The User is choosing filters for his company requirements(location, industry).
The User is seeing the reviews, job descriptions, and benefits.
The User can watch company event videos and images.
The User can see the expected salary.
The User can go through the link of the company.
On looking at the company profile, he can SWIPE RIGHT to apply for the job.
